Workshops

Speak like someone the room wants to listen to.

Small-group workshops for professionals who are technically excellent but quietly losing the room when it matters — the board update, the client pitch, the all-hands Q&A. We teach you how to land what you're saying, not just deliver it.

Three ways to attend

Pick the format that fits the week you're actually having.

Every workshop is capped at eight people, run by a senior coach, and heavily practical. No personality tests, no trust falls, no laminated handouts you'll never read again.

What we cover

Four skills, drilled until they feel boringly automatic.

We don't try to teach everything. These four areas are where smart, ambitious professionals most often leak authority — and where a day of deliberate practice makes a visible difference on Monday morning.

Talk to a coach first

Executive presence

Posture, pace, eye-line, pausing. The unglamorous mechanics of looking like the senior person in a room you just walked into.

Persuasive writing

Memos, board papers and "can I get 10 minutes" emails that decision-makers actually read. Short, structured, specific.

Public speaking

Keynotes, panels and conference Q&A. How to open, how to recover from a lost thread, how to sound like you, not like a TED clone.

Virtual-meeting craft

Camera framing, turn-taking on Zoom, holding attention in 11-person calls, and the unwritten etiquette of UK corporate video.

Upcoming open workshops

Mayfair and online. Usually both.

Seats are released six weeks ahead and tend to go in a fortnight. If nothing fits, put your name on the waitlist — we release one or two extra seats when we can.

Who it's for

If you recognise two of these, this workshop is for you.

  • You're technically respected, but you notice the conversation moves on whenever you speak in senior meetings.
  • Your written updates get read, but rarely acted on — you suspect the structure is burying the ask.
  • You have a specific upcoming moment (keynote, panel, board paper) and want to arrive prepared, not winging it.
  • English isn't your first language and you want to sound as sharp in meetings as you are in writing.
  • You lead a team and want to build the same skills across your direct reports in one private session.
What alumni say

Honest words from people who showed up.

"I do three board updates a year. The workshop changed the structure of mine completely — now I'm asked fewer clarifying questions and more strategic ones. That's the real test."

Priya BalakrishnanHead of Risk, London insurer

"Booked the one-to-one for a keynote in Stockholm. Two hours with honest video feedback was worth more than a year of YouTube advice."

Tom FraserProduct Lead, fintech

"We did a private day for my team ahead of the AGM. The investor Q&A went noticeably smoother — several board members mentioned it afterwards."

Hannah LindqvistCFO, PE-backed scale-up
